Jaclyn Frank represents individuals and entities across multiple industries in connection with complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, defective construction, failures to disclose, defamation, and legal malpractice. Jaclyn frequently appears in state and federal court, providing trial advocacy both in and out of the courtroom. Jaclyn’s focus includes managing cases from start to finish, engaging in extensive motion practice, leading oral arguments, conducting jury and bench trials, and handling post-trial motions and appeals. During law school, Jaclyn completed Temple Law’s Trial Advocacy Program, completing several mock trials, as well as the Family Law Litigation Clinical, wherein Jaclyn handled many pro bono cases for Philadelphia-based clients dealing with divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and adoption.
