Jaclyn Frank represents individuals and entities across industries in connection with complex civil litigation, contract disputes, defamation, and legal malpractice. Jaclyn also handles family law matters, with a focus in prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and spousal support. In completing Temple Law’s Trial Advocacy Program and Family Law Litigation Clinical, Jaclyn has experience in trial advocacy both in and out of the courtroom, including extensive motion practice, oral argument, and witness examination.
