Jaclyn Frank represents individuals and entities across industries in connection with complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, defamation, and legal malpractice. Jaclyn frequently appears in state and federal court, providing trial advocacy both in and out of the courtroom, including extensive motion practice, oral argument, and witness examination. Jaclyn also handles family law matters including prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and spousal support. During law school, Jaclyn completed Temple Law’s Trial Advocacy Program, completing several mock trials, as well as the Family Law Litigation Clinical, wherein Jaclyn handled many pro bono cases for Philadelphia-based clients dealing with divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and adoption.
